All pricing is quoted after a short intake, since it depends on the scope of your questions.

Do you book hotels or activities for me?
No. I provide only recommendations and links, and I leave handling the bookings to you, so you cankeep full control of your budget and choices.
Can I get a refund?
Because my service is based on personalized time and advice, I don’t offer refunds once work has started.
That said, your satisfaction matters to me. If you feel the itinerary or advice you received didn’t meet your expectations, just let me know—I’ll be happy to provide extra tips, clarifications, or adjustments to make sure you feel confident about your trip.

Terms and conditions
What do my services include?
I provide personalized advice on your itinerary in Hokkaido. I give you tips to plan your trip and reccomend destinations, activities, hotels, restaurants, and public transportation routes based on your needs.
I do not arrange overnight accommodations, restaurant reservations, rental cars, or book services with any vendors.
Release of liability
I offer travel advice to my clients for educational purposes. The client is solely responsible for all decisions about travel activities and the resulting outcomes of those activities during their travel.
Yuuka is not responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, or irregularity which may occur during the client’s travel. Yuuka is also not responsible for any negligence or default of any company or person providing services during the client’s travel.
How can we communicate?
For Custom Itinerary and Itinerary Review services, I communicate via email only.
For the Ask an Expert service, you can choose email consultation or a live video/voice call (eg, Zoom, Google Meet), depending on what we agree.
I do not offer consultation via messaging apps (eg, WhatsApp, Line) for any service.
Payment
Payment is accepted via credit card, PayPal or Wise.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of the services, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
If you are not satisfied with your itinerary or advice received, you may request additional clarifications or extra suggestions at no additional cost. My goal is to ensure you feel confident and supported in planning your trip.
